JOB SUMMARY  

The IT Personnel will manage the company’s digital presence including websites, social media platforms, and online communication channels. The role also includes providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth digital operations across the organization.  

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Manage, update, and maintain the company website  
• Handle social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)  
• Create and post digital content, product updates, and marketing materials  
• Monitor online traffic, engagement, and analytics  
• Provide IT support to staff and troubleshoot system issues  
• Maintain computer systems, networks, and digital equipment  
• Support online marketing campaigns and digital advertising  
• Ensure data security, backups, and system updates  
• Assist in product listing for e-commerce or online showrooms  
• Manage email systems, cloud storage, and digital communication tools  

REQUIREMENTS  

• OND/HND/BSc in Computer Science, IT, or related field  
• 1–3 years’ experience in IT support or digital management  
• Basic skills in web management (WordPress, CMS, etc.)  
• Knowledge of social media tools and digital marketing basics  
• Ability to create simple graphics or content (Canva or similar tools)  
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills  
• Knowledge of networking, system maintenance, and basic hardware repairs  
• Good communication and organizational skills  
• Experience with e-commerce platforms is an added advantage
