WHAT YOU WILL DO

Workstream 1.5: Corporate & Support Functions

• Assess ERP utilization (SAP/Oracle) — modules deployed, user adoption, integration gaps
• Evaluate corporate function systems: Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, GCS
• Assess ICT infrastructure: servers, networks, endpoints, cloud readiness
• Conduct cybersecurity posture assessment including OT/IT convergence risks

Workstream 1.6: Data & Technology

• Assess data governance maturity — policies, stewardship roles, enforcement
• Evaluate data architecture and analytics readiness — warehouses, lakes, BI platforms
• Assess cloud readiness and infrastructure alignment — Azure/AWS strategy, hybrid considerations
• Identify legacy system integration challenges and technical debt
• Evaluate system compatibility with automation, IoT, and AI/ML solutions

Phase 2: Target Architecture & Security Design

• Lead development of the High-Level Target Architecture: cloud strategy, data platform, zero-trust framework
• Design cyber-resilient infrastructure approach for OT/IT convergence
• Advise on data security protocols for the engagement (handling NDW’s confidential data)
• Input on infrastructure gap analysis addressing connectivity and power resilience
• Contribute to initiative prioritisation for technology-related investments

WHO YOU ARE

Essential Requirements:

• 8+ years in enterprise IT, data management, or cybersecurity (oil and gas sector preferred)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise data governance
• Knowledge of zero-trust architecture, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and analytics platforms (Power BI, AVEVA)
• Understanding of data protection requirements and information security best practices
• Experience assessing IT infrastructure in environments with connectivity and power constraints
• Strong ability to translate technical findings into executive-level recommendations

Desirable:

• CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or equivalent certifications
• Experience with OSDU data platform or AVEVA PI System
• Knowledge of Nigerian data protection regulations (NDPR)
• Prior experience with OT/IT convergence projects in oil and gas
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and their infrastructure requirements
