A construction firm seeks a Transport Equipment Foreman to oversee the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, adjustment, and overhaul of mobile heavy-duty equipment used in construction and on road (brands include MERCEDES ACTROS, AROCS, VOLVO, VW, HOWO, and XCMG). The role involves leading a team of three mechanics to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, adjustments, and overhauls of heavy-duty equipment, ensuring safety and optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Lead, train, and support a team of three mechanics, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.
• Handle equipment from brands like MERCEDES ACTROS, AROCS, VOLVO, VW, HOWO, and XCMG.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in heavy-duty equipment repair and diagnostics.
• Proven leadership skills in managing a team of mechanics.
• Degree or diploma in a related field (B.Sc / HND / OND) preferred.
