Territory Business Manager, South-South at HiiT Plc

Role Summary

To achieve Management’s set Business Goals and Objectives at Territory level.
 
Key Accountabilities:
 
Business Management Functions:

• Propose, Execute and Manage Business Plans and strategies to achieve Management’s set Business Objectives.
• Optimally manage all Resources (Human Resources, Marketing, Assets, Customers, General Operations, etc.) of the Territory to achieve set Objectives.
• Provide effective and efficient Business Leadership that are result-oriented.
• Set and Maintain productivity standards at par or higher than existing policies.
• Periodic Business Performance Evaluation.
• Sustain and improve on Brand reputation at Territory level.

Marketing Management Functions:

• Responsible for actualization of set Territory’s Marketing and sales Goals/Objectives.
• Manage the lead generation and conversion process to achieve S/N 1 above.

• Must be ICT and Social Media Savvy.
• Have Strong Traditional and Digital Marketing skills.
• At least intermediate skills in the use of MS Word, Excel, and good use of Zoom Platform.
• Excellent Customer Relations Management skills.

• Excellent work ethics and Integrity.
• Creativity and problem-solving Skills.

 Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (2/2 minimum). First Degree or MBA with specialization in Marketing is an advantage.
• A minimum of 2-year proven experience in Business Management in a corporate environment.
• Generic understanding of the Nigerian ICT Education Sector.
