- Making first call to all generated leads
- Provide prospective students with general information on registration, selection processes, and academic requirements.
- Assist with guiding prospectives through recruitment activities, student interviews, admission publications, and information sessions by sending emails with responses to specific questions
- Participate in hurdles and weekly designated scrums while giving valuable suggestions to the team
