    Tech Sales Personnel

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking experienced and motivated Business Development personnel to join our team in driving growth and revenue for our (B2B) Tech sales company.
    • As a Business Development personnel, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.
    • Your ability to understand our clients' needs, develop solutions, and drive business growth will be crucial to our success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals.
    • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
    • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align sales and marketing efforts and drive business growth.
    • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs.
    • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to the sales leadership team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
    • B2B Sales Experience
    • Proven Track Record of closing Deals: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the IT industry.
    • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the IT industry, including trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
    • Business Acumen: Ability to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and develop solutions that meet those needs.
    • Relationship Building: Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Results-Oriented: Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience in Public and Private Tech Sales.
