Job Summary

• Lead the development and execution of banking solutions tailored to employees of corporate organizations, targeting salary accounts, lending, savings, and lifestyle offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with HR/Admin departments of key organizations.
• Drive onboarding of salary accounts, loans, and savings products.
• Monitor performance metrics and manage a team of workplace bankers.
• Initiate workplace activations, presentations, and campaigns.
• Ensure cross-sell and up-sell of products to deepen wallet share.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
• 4+ years in retail banking, with 2+ years in team leadership.
• Track record of managing salary acquisition programs.
