    Team Lead (Sales and Business Development)

    Role

    • Develop and Execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Business Administration or related field . (Master's degree will be an added advantage.)
    • Minimum of 5-7 years in similar role is a must.
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets within the Real Estate industry.
    • Strong client relationships with potential buyers.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong negotiation skill
    • Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate sales (e.g., RICS, NIESV) preferred.
