Job Description

• Responsible for the overall management of the Training Team
• Identify client's training needs by consulting with stakeholders and conducting needs assessments.
• Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
• Develop growth strategies and plans on how to generate revenue for the training arm of the Business.
• Prepare and send bespoke proposals to clients for training projects.
• Manage a robust Pipeline of Facilitators for all courses.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness for clients, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
• Develop customized training products to address clients’ learning needs.
• Monitor program implementation progress and gives input where necessary based on quality improvement.
• Ensure that monthly progress report, and quarterly progress report is prepared and shared in a timely manner with the Managing Director.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / Master's Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
