Responsibilities

• Post vacancy to attract quality staff
• Employ staff based on the company’s requirements to fill new positions
• Schedule interview
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates
• Prepare interview questions
• Prepare job descriptions for every job add and position communication and follow-up with prospective candidates give accurate information regarding the job placement any other assignment that might be given by the management.

Requirements:

The candidate must have good communication skill

• Marketing and sales skill
• Good in the use of modern technologies
• Must have an IT background and vast in social media usage

The ideal candidate should

• have at least 3years post NYSC work experience as a Talent Recruiter
• Must have at least B,sc/HND in social sciences
