Talent Management Officer at Norrenberger Financial Group

The Talent Management Officer will be responsible for advancing our talent management strategies across recruitment and talent development.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop effective and engaging learning and performance solutions leveraging learning science and instructional design principles.
• Use a performance support first mindset to conduct learning needs analysis and prescribe the appropriate learning solutions to close performance gaps.
• Oversee training budgets and ensure compliance with applicable regulators, e.g. ITF, etc.
• Drive a culture of continuous professional development and ensure effective communication to enable employees to remain abreast of the required information to aid learning & and employee efficiency.
• Support multiple business lines and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for select positions.
• Overseeing the talent acquisition procedures, suggesting measures and tactical approaches to improve the organization’s employment recruitment cycle.
• Develop and implement a progressive sourcing strategy to increase diverse talent acquisition and retention.
• Create an active talent pool for all jobs within the firm.
• Create and implement an active succession planning strategy for the organization.

Requirements:

• B.Sc in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years Talent Management experience in the financial services industry
• Strategic mindset and attention to details
