We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR functions.
Proven experience sourcing and hiring across multiple roles and levels in the oil and gas industry.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruitment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively.
