Talent Acquisition Specialist at Marconi.NG EPC Limited

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent, and partnering with hiring managers to meet the Company's workforce needs across technical, engineering, project, and corporate functions.

Role Description:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate technical and panel interviews. . Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide hiring recommendations.
• Prepare employment offers and coordinate pre-employment documentation.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using the Company's HRIS and Applicant Tracking System.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and graduate recruitment programmes.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable labour laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, construction, oil & gas, or EPC projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and competency-based interviewing.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment.
