    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure our organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, partnering with hiring managers, and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
    • Source candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, headhunting).
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
    • Negotiate job offers, prepare employment contracts, and support the onboarding process.
    • Maintain recruitment reports, metrics, and talent databases.
    • Stay updated on best practices, recruitment trends, and labor market dynamics.
    • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 1–2 years of proven recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
    • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR databases.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work under pressure.
    • Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N130,000 per month.
