    Talent Acquisition Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to support our growing recruitment needs.
    • The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with hiring managers to attract top talent.
    • This role particularly welcomes early-career professionals who can contribute to a balanced and dynamic team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Use data-driven approaches to track recruitment metrics and recommend improvements.
    • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports using Microsoft Excel.
    • Conduct background checks and reference checks, and ensure compliance with company hiring policies.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
    • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
    • Maintain organized documentation of candidate interactions and recruitment records.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3–6 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles (FMCG or related industry is an added advantage).
    • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated competence in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Energetic, resourceful, and willing to learn—ideal for an early-career professional.
    • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong ethical standards.
