    Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

    We are a reputable outsourcing firm providing end-to-end workforce solutions for both blue-collar and white-collar organizations. Our services span talent sourcing, employee management, HR operations, and client workforce optimization.

    Role Summary

    The Talent Acquisition & HR Operations will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to HR operations, performance management, and client engagement. This role requires a professional with strong HR expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to oversee diverse workforce needs while ensuring operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    2. Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening and onboarding.
    3. Oversee HR operations, including employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance.
    4. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and employees.
    5. Drive employee relations, performance monitoring, and retention initiatives.
    6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
    7. Identify and implement continuous improvements in HR and workforce management processes.

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, recruitment, or outsourcing.
    3. Proven ability to manage both blue-collar and white-collar workforce requirements.
    4. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
