Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist at Sunbeth Global Concepts (SGC)

The Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist will manage talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and retention to maintain a strong talent pipeline supporting our logistics operations. A key responsibility is to establish and manage the Sunbeth Driver Academy to develop and certify professional drivers, improve safety and operational efficiency, reduce driver attrition, and build a sustainable driver talent pipeline.

Requirements

• The role requires a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Transport & Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with professional HR/L&D certification considered an advantage.
• Candidates should have 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR, Learning & Development, driver training, or workforce development, with experience managing blue-collar or field-based workforce development preferred.
• Experience in logistics, haulage, transport, or FMCG is an advantage.
• The role also requires strong Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively train and engage drivers.
