Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (30-35%):

1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
2. Lead candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
3. Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles.

HR Project Management (65-70%):

1. Lead HR projects aligned with company goals (e.g., performance management implementation, Dentists Development Programs, leadership development initiatives, etc).
2. Implement and optimise HRMS to enhance HR operations.
3. Analyse HR data to drive decisions and improve processes.
4. Oversee cross-functional team collaboration for project success.

What We’re Looking For

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
2. Experience: 5+ years in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and project management.
3. Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, etc).
4. Proven experience in HRMS implementation and management.
