Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition - SCADA Engineer at CGC Nigeria Limited (CGC)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist the professional leader to conduct on-site inspections of the repair and expansion project and prepare on-site inspection reports.
• Assist the professional leader to troubleshoot related SCADA issues, etc.
• Use the host computer to debug communications with PLC and DCS according to project requirements.
• Use the host computer configuration software (WINCC, etc.) to configure the HMI screen.
• Assist in the debugging of the project system.
• Complete the corresponding tasks in a timely manner according to the arrangements of the professional leader.

SKILL REQUIREMENT

• Familiar with office and general image processing software
• Proficient in using AUTOCAD and other design software
• Familiar with electrical knowledge and basic knowledge of electrical components
• Familiar with electrical installation specifications
• Ability to organize information and compile reports
• Programming experience in PLC, DCS and HMI (INTOUCH, WINCC, etc.) such as ROCKWELL, SIEMENS, SCHNEIDERE, ABB is preferred
• Proficiency in solaris system, oracle database, VB language, C language is preferred

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

• HND, Bsc or Above in Electrical engineering (Automation/Intelligent Control)
