    Study Centre Digital Branch Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking smart, responsible and diligent digital branch managers who will work hybrid, establish and manage our study centres.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive the performance of the Branch in line with the targets set by the organisation.
    • Generate leads, recruit and manage staff members.
    • Drive student enrolments and supervise course coordination.
    • Initiate and coordinate the development of the Branch’s strategies and marketing plans.
    • Prepare and implement plans for growing client and student base.
    • Identify new tech instructors in areas that needs reinforcement.
    • Network with all potential clients in own locality to increase the customer base.
    • Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective students.
    • Develop and manage a high level of customer relationship management standard at the branch.
    • Work with CRM staff members assigned to you and develop a workable structure for the branch.
    • Ensure to have effective CRM tools to improve communication with customers and students.
    • Ensure efficient service and maintenance of relationships with customers and students.
    • Create and sustain a team culture that encourages others to provide the quality of service essential to high performance.
    • Ensure the branch operating cost is within approved budget.

    Requirements

    • First degree in any discipline.
    • Tech certification is an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of school operations/services/products
    • Knowledge of e-learning and tech academic policies and procedures.
    • Undergo student registration drive in the recruitment process to demonstrate your knowledge of tech education.
    • Undergo customer relationship manager training and test during the recruitment process.
