Position Overview

• We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Store Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company's inventory and ensuring the efficient management of stock.
• This is a key role that contributes directly to the smooth functioning of our business and the satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock accurately.
• Maintain organized and efficient storage of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to manage stock levels based on demand forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the storage area.
• Generate regular reports on stock levels, consumption, and potential shortages.
• Participate in the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

• HND or BSC.
• Previous experience in a similar role.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Store Officer or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in storage and warehousing.
