Job Summary

• Assist with ensuring the smooth posting of job advert and recruitment process
• Review and maintain employee and employer records on staff.
• Manage junior staff and front desk operations
• Help implement new policies, procedures, methods, and systems
• Conduct fiscal reviews, and surveys.
• Responsible for the preparation of confidential documents and reports
• Ensure we follow all guideline stipulated in the labour law

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Human Resource Assistant with at least Minimum of 1 year
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of Labour law
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
