Store Keeper - Ogudu at So Fresh Neighbourhood Market

Job Summary:

• Raise requisitions to replenish items whenever stock level approaches the reorder level
• Adhere to the principles of FIFO/FEFO for the receipt of incoming supplies.
• Monitor the usable life of stock items and inform the Line Manager of near expiry goods and withdraw and record expired products.
• Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and disbursement of goods.
• Receive and inspect incoming supplies and reconcile against the issued/delivery log.
• Periodically collate requisitions from the parties involved and forward to the appropriate personnel.
• Track damages, discrepancies, over/undersupply of orders from the warehouse/suppliers.
• Record receipt of all supplies from the warehouse and suppliers in the receipt log.
• Ensures smooth issuing of materials to the production department and other concerned personnel.
• Conduct daily stock count for documentation
• Daily sort overly ripe/spoilt supplies from the fresh supplies to avoid staleness
• Keep accurate record of leftover packaged product item, spoilt produce and damaged supplies

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND in Business Administration or any related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in storekeeping and inventory control.
• Experience working with an ERP inventory system, particularly ODOO.
• Familiarity with standard storekeeping concept and practices.
• Possess ability to handle/lift heavy items and offload/load supplies.
• Candidate must live close to desired work location: Ogudu, Lagos.
