    Station Manager

    Our Client, Tried and trusted in the dynamic Logistics Industry is looking to hire dynamic, results-driven Station Manager to join our growing team. The Station Manager will play a key role in managing the logistics processes and freight movements for the firm, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.

    The station Manager is responsible for overseeing every facet of the company\'s operations. This includes;

    • Oversee the various departments within the organization and its staff.
    • Identify & pursue growth opportunities in the local market. This can be through expanding the existing customer base, forging partnerships, and exploring new business opportunities.
    • Prepare yearly financial budgets with departmental head for submission to management.
    • Work with each department in the organization to ensure the company’s financial targets are met.
    • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the market/Country.
    • Cultivate relationships with the company’s key stakeholders I.e customers, partners, suppliers, government officials, to support the company’s business objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations governing business operations
    • Ensure maximization of the company’s profitability.
    • Provide monthly reports on key performance indicators and overall business performance to the management.
    • Participate in the commercial division to drive sales for the organization.
    • Organize weekly meetings among the different departments within the organization.
    • Represent the company in events such as trade fairs for visibility.
    • Prepare SWOT analysis for business decision making.
    • Organize meeting with the principal (ET in this case) at least twice  a year to discuss performance & targets.

    Requirement:

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in Air Freight and Air Port Services is very necessary
    • Strong operational management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
    • Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and reduce costs.

    Salary: Open budget subject to experience
