Social Media/Sales Intern (Females only) at Erocraves

We at Erocraves are urgently looking to hire a very creative Sales/Social media savvy intern for our Lagos office (Lekki) to contribute to increasing sales and closing sales deals on our provided social media platforms. 

 Intern will learn how to and assist with duties below: 

• Customer Service (Respond to customer inquiries.
• Managing Incoming calls.
• Planning and implementing social media strategies.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Must be proficient with Instagram and Facebook.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.

   Added  Advantage: 

• Experience in graphics and photo editing.
• Ability to Learn fast.
• resides close to Lekki. 

Starting salary: 50,000
