About the Role

• Our Administrative Intern to support daily administrative operations within the facilities services industry. The ideal candidate will assist with office coordination, documentation, record management, and general administrative duties while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents as required.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
