Information Technology Intern at Pinnah Foods

What you'll do

As the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support across all our outlets and offices, you'll:

• Provide timely first-level (Level 1) technical support to staff, resolving issues within agreed timeframes and keeping downtime to a minimum
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of IT assets, hardware, and software
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding — preparing and recovering IT equipment and accounts so every setup is complete
• Carry out preventive maintenance at assigned locations to catch equipment issues before they cause disruption
• Monitor support tickets and escalate unresolved issues promptly so nothing is left without an owner
• Keep clear documentation of support requests, resolutions, and IT activities
