We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Officer to manage and grow our social media presence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and building and maintaining relationships with our followers.
The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating engaging content.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including written content, images, and videos
Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
Build and maintain relationships with followers and influencers to increase brand awareness and engagement
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media platforms and digital marketing
Collaborate with other departments to ensure social media strategies align with overall business objectives
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including creating and managing budgets, developing ad content, and analyzing performance
Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools to ensure content is posted on a regular basis
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Up to 3 years of experience in social media management or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Experience with social media analytics tools to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and social media management tools
