Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Associate to support business development efforts and drive revenue growth. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, supporting client acquisition, executing marketing campaigns, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role combines sales and customer service to help expand Cubic Printing's market presence and client base.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.
- Communicate company offerings with potential customers.
- Convert qualified leads to paying customers and retain their patronage
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Experience & Satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.
- Develop strategies to enhance overall customer experience and retention.
- Maintain a customer database and ensure timely follow-ups for continued engagement.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Coordinate with the admin and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of orders.
- Clearly communicate client needs and expectations to relevant departments.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sales progress and customer feedback.
Product Knowledge & Market Research
- Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Educate customers on product benefits, features, and customisation options.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Suggest improvements and innovations to management based on market analysis.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback.
- Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics and sales performance.
- Use data analytics to refine customer experience strategies and sales approaches.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and propose actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development; experience in printing, packaging, or B2B sales is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and work independently.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
