• We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketer to own our digital presence.
• Your primary goal will be to demystify solar technology, build brand trust, and generate high-quality leads from Nigerian homeowners, businesses, and estate managers looking to escape grid unreliability and high fuel costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) showing real-world product installations, battery stress tests, and customer testimonials.
• Lead Generation: Design and execute targeted paid ad campaigns (primarily via Meta Ads Manager) optimized for message conversions and lead forms.
• Technical Translation: Turn complex specs (e.g., KVA ratings, Depth of Discharge, Lithium vs. Tubular batteries) into simple, value-driven benefits for the average Nigerian consumer.
• Community Management: Actively respond to comments, direct messages, and WhatsApp inquiries. Nurture prospects by answering technical questions and seamlessly handing hot leads over to our sales engineers.
• Competitor & Market Tracking: Monitor local energy trends, fuel price hikes, and grid collapses to create timely, reactive marketing campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience managing social media and paid ads, ideally for tech, real estate, engineering, or high-value product brands in Nigeria.
• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on proficiency with mobile video editing apps (CapCut, VN) and graphic design platforms (Canva, Photoshop).
• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of solar energy systems (inverters, solar panels, and lithium/gel batteries) is a major advantage.
• Local Insight: Deep understanding of the local market, including regional energy pain points and effective cultural hooks for digital marketing.
