    Social Media Manager

    Job Summary

    • Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media and digital engagement? We are looking for an innovative Social Media Manager to lead and grow our online presence, ensuring our brand resonates with our vibrant community of African women entrepreneurs.

    Core Duties and Responsibilities

    • Campaign Understanding: Collaborate with the team to understand campaign goals and align social media strategies with organizational objectives.
    • Content Ideation and Strategizing: Develop and plan creative content strategies to engage and inspire our audience.
    • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging text, images, and videos tailored to each platform.
    • Graphics: Design eye-catching visuals that reflect the brand's identity and messaging.
    • Posting and Engagement: Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and building relationships with the online community.
    • Ads: Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports with actionable insights to optimize strategies.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok).
    • Strong skills in content creation, video editing, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
    • Working Knowledge of social media ad platforms and best practices for paid campaigns.
    • Ability to interpret analytics data and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
