Tobams Group is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager Intern to join our team.
This internship offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing and social media to gain hands-on experience in managing and growing our online presence.
The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute engaging social media strategies that align with Tobams Group’s brand identity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online visibility across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Create and curate high-quality content for social media posts, including images, videos, infographics, and written copy, that resonates with our target audience.
Schedule and publish social media content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with our audience in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop social media campaigns and promotions that support marketing initiatives, product launches, events, and other company initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to continually enhance Tobams Group’s social media presence and strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong passion for social media marketing and digital content creation, with a creative mindset and an eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for social media platforms.
Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and social media management tools.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and metrics, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Prior experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional) and creating content for social media is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
