As the Commercial & Logistics Staff, you will manage the end-to-end commercial and logistics lifecycle, from initial RFQs and client quotations to international shipping coordination, regulatory compliance, and final delivery.
Responsibilities:
Manage the RFQ process, including issuing requests to vendors and responding to client inquiries.
Prepare and dispatch professional quotations, commercial offers, and invoices.
Perform accurate job costing to ensure commercial viability of projects.
Conduct consistent follow-ups with clients and vendors to drive project execution.
Coordinate end-to-end international logistics from point of origin to final delivery location.
Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, Packing Lists, Invoices, etc.).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in brand, communications, or public relations roles, with exposure to corporate or B2B sectors.
Demonstrable experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Strong understanding of global trade regulations and INCOTERMS.
Experience coordinating international shipping and documentation processes.
