    Sales Intern

    Job Summary

    The Sales Intern will support the sales team in customer acquisition, market research, and day-to-day sales activities. This role provides hands-on experience in sales operations within the agri-commerce and food retail sector and is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales, business development, or agribusiness.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in identifying and contacting prospective customers
    • Support field and online sales activities, including market visits and customer follow-ups
    • Help onboard new customers and maintain basic customer records
    • Conduct simple market research and competitor analysis
    • Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking leads
    • Support promotional activities, activations, and sales campaigns
    • Respond to customer inquiries under supervision
    • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a university/polytechnic or a recent graduate
    • Studying or graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Economics, or related fields (preferred)
    • Strong interest in sales, business development, or agribusiness
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Willingness to learn and take initiative
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
    • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
