Social Media Manager at Yah Nest - Cradle Lights

Cradle Lights (a subsidiary of Yah Nest Limited) is a children-focused photography studio passionate about capturing timeless memories and joyful moments. We’re expanding our reach and seeking a Social Media Manager and a Creative Content Creator to grow our social media presence and showcase the magic we create every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Manage Cradle Lights’ social media handles and grow authentic followership and engagement.
• Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with studio activities and campaigns.
• Stay updated with social media trends to create content that drives visibility.
• Write creative and compelling captions and posts that reflect our brand voice.
• Collaborate with the studio team to plan behind-the-scenes content, mini-adverts, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to track and improve reach and engagement.

Core Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media pages with organic growth to at least 5,000+ followers.
• Strong skills in short-form video creation (Reels, TikToks, etc.) and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Lightroom.
• A solid grasp of social media trends and analytics.
• Excellent storytelling, creative, and copywriting skills.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently
• Photography or videography experience preferred but not mandatory.
• A degree or diploma Certificate (preferred but not mandatory).
