    Marketing Corporate Communication Manager

    Key Responsibilities
    Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies that support the promotion and sales of the company’s property developments.
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and increase property sales.

    Brand Management:

    • Maintain and strengthen the Dayola brand identity across all marketing platforms.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across communication materials.
    • Oversee the development of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.

    Corporate Communications:

    • Develop and manage internal and external communication strategies.
    • Prepare corporate announcements, newsletters, press releases, and official statements.
    • Ensure effective communication of company initiatives, achievements, and milestones.
    • Manage relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.

    Digital Marketing & Online Presence:

    • Oversee the company’s digital marketing activities including website updates and social media platforms.
    • Coordinate content creation including videos, property showcases, and promotional campaigns.
    • Monitor online engagement and analytics to measure marketing performance.

    Event & Brand Promotion:

    • Plan and coordinate corporate events, property launches, exhibitions, and marketing activations.
    • Support brand visibility through strategic partnerships and promotional opportunities.

    Content Development:

    • Develop engaging content for marketing campaigns, corporate publications, and digital platforms.
    • Work closely with the design and media teams to ensure high-quality marketing materials.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Support communication between the company, clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
    • Represent the company in corporate engagements and brand-related activities.
