We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who is not only creative with content and video editing but also knowledgeable in leveraging AI tools to optimize digital marketing strategies, enhance content creation, and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Create, edit, and publish compelling multimedia content (short videos, reels, graphics, and motion graphics) optimized for each platform.
• Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) for content ideation, copywriting, trend analysis, and creative asset generation.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, AI advancements, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Working knowledge of AI-powered tools for content creation, editing, analytics, or automation.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an added advantage.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and their algorithms.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
