The Social Media Associate to help grow and manage Shuttlers’ online community across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and Twitter (X). This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, enjoys engaging with audiences in real time, and knows how to turn everyday moments into content people love.
You’ll be responsible for community management, audience engagement, and social growth, while supporting content creation through short-form video and strong, relatable copy.
Responsibilities
Manage Shuttlers’ social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and Twitter (X)
Engage with our audience through comments, replies, DMs, and mentions in a friendly, brand-appropriate tone
Actively grow our social media community by participating in relevant conversations and trends
Create and edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut (and similar tools)
Write clear, witty, and relatable captions that drive engagement and brand love
Monitor social sentiment and escalate feedback or issues when necessary
Support campaign rollouts, announcements, and real-time content during activations
Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and share insights with the team
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and Twitter (X) including trends and best practices
Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as CapCut
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write in a friendly, relatable, and conversational tone
Strong sense of internet culture and audience behavior
Ability to respond quickly, thoughtfully, and professionally to online interactions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience working with lifestyle, consumer, or tech brands
Basic understanding of social media analytics
Interest in mobility, urban living, or culture-driven brands
