SME / MSME Relationship Officer at Sovereign Finance Limited

Role Summary

Grow and manage Liquidcrest’s SME loan portfolio in your branch. You’ll acquire new business clients, assess their creditworthiness, ensure disbursement, and drive repayment/retention.

Key Duties

• Acquire Clients: Source SMEs/traders via field visits, referrals, and market engagement to hit monthly disbursement tar⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠gets.
• Assess & Originate: Conduct KYC, site visits, cash flow analysis, and prepare loan applications per CBN + bank policy.
• Manage Portfolion Monitor repayments, manage PAR, do post-disbursement visits and early collect⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ion
• Report & Comply: Submit daily/weekly reports. Keep all records accurate and compliant.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years as SME/RO in a CBN-licensed microfinance bank with proven loan book + collection results.
• Skills: Strong sales, cash flow analysis, basic Excel, good English + local lang⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠uage
• Other: Must reside near assigned location. Ethical, target-driven, street-smart.
