Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated SME Loan Officer to join our team and support small and medium-sized enterprises in accessing financial resources for growth and expansion. As an SME Loan Officer, you will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, conducting risk assessments, and building strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient loan processing and monitor loan performance to support clients throughout their business journey.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, particularly in SME lending.
• Sound knowledge of lending regulations, risk management practices, and credit assessment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools is a plus
