Sewing Instructor/QA Officer at Natural Girl Wigs

Job Description

• Conduct quality assurance checks on machine finished wigs to ensure they meet our standards
• Train and mentor new wig sewing team members
• Oversee all wig sewing processes and projects
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and inventory of sewing materials and equipment
• Assist the wig stylist in creating unique wig designs
• Collaborate with the wig sewing team to ensure timely production of wigs while maintaining quality standards

Job Requirements

• Extensive experience in the fashion and beauty industry operating and using wig sewing machines and industrial sewing machines
• Ability to be a leader and manage others
• Ability to keep to time and schedule
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to find simple ways to improve ordinary things
• Proper written and spoken English

Other things to note:

• Working days are Mondays - Saturdays (9am - 6pm) with 1 day off
• You'll report directly to the Operations Manager.
• Store location is at Yaba.
• Pay is 120K - 150K per month.
