As an Account Executive Expert for West Africa, you will lead strategic customer engagements and own end‑to‑end sales execution across the region. You will drive new business, expand SAP’s footprint in existing enterprise accounts, and position SAP’s ERP and Business Suite solutions as catalysts for digital transformation.
What You’ll Do
Own full sales cycles across West Africa, from qualification and opportunity shaping to commercial negotiation and contract signature.
Drive new customer acquisition while expanding adoption of SAP’s cloud and business applications within existing accounts.
Build and execute account strategies, territory plans, and pipeline development plans to ensure sustainable growth.
Engage C‑level stakeholders and lead strategic value conversations across business and IT leadership teams.
Manage pipeline progression with strong forecasting discipline, ensuring accuracy and visibility across all sales stages.
Develop compelling value propositions that link SAP solutions to customer transformation priorities.
Collaborate closely with Solution Advisory, RISE teams, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, and Partner organizations to deliver a unified engagement experience.
Promote long‑term customer success by supporting adoption, consumption, and measurable value realization of SAP solutions.
What You Bring
Extensive enterprise software sales experience with a strong track record in West Africa.
Demonstrated ability to drive SaaS and cloud‑based solution sales within complex enterprise environments.
Experience navigating multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and managing executive relationships.
Understanding of business transformation, enterprise architecture, and process optimization concepts.
Strong capability in building pipeline, forecasting accurately, and managing CRM rigorously.
Proven ability to enter new accounts, develop new business, and build volume business at pace.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with credibility engaging C‑level decision makers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional West African languages is an advantage.
