    Service Supervisor

    Job Description

    • Ensure 100% compliance to Cash Sales & Credit Policy
    • Achieve minimum of 90% overall year score on Service feedback from Mystery Shopping Outcome
    • Ensure zero negative feedback on any Social Media Platform and100% compliance to grooming standards in the outlet
    • Completeness and accuracy of responses to customers and partners

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
    • Preferably female
    • Proximity to Island is key.
