A Service Manager (SM) is a professional who builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with our clients, and partners to drive business growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Their primary goal is to understand customers' needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
This role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of client application processes (Document management). The Service Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
