Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage local merchants, community organizations, and Nigerian agents to promote software system;
• Develop localized sales strategies to achieve user growth and revenue targets.
• Design and deliver internal/external training courses on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market strategy;
• Lead online live product demonstrations to drive traffic, promote offerings, and convert prospects;
• Manage daily follow-up and relationship maintenance with clients to boost retention and stickiness;
• Collect and synthesize user feedback from field interactions;
• Coordinate with product and tech teams to optimize localized user experience.
