Service Desk Support Lead

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly qualified Service Desk Support lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- If you're ready to lead a team in providing exceptional service and technical solutions, this role may be perfect for you.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of five years of computer-related support experience in a Windows OS environment.
- Must hold Azure Fundamental, Azure Administrator certifications, and Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, as well as any IT support-related certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cisco Certified Network Associate, and ITIL foundation certified
- Dedication to quality customer service and a deep understanding of enterprise-wide service delivery procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Certifications (Evidence Required):
- Microsoft Certification in Microsoft Office, Office 365 suite, and SharePoint.
