We are seeking a highly motivated, purpose-driven and personable Talent Acquisition Associate.

The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a key role in supporting the company's talent acquisition efforts and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Job Details
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and logistics.
Assist in the preparation of HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and other employee-related correspondence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Support with onboarding of new hires for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Contribute to the development and implementation of programs that enhance the workplace culture.
Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a positive and seamless recruitment process.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activity, including candidate pipeline, sourcing channels, and time-to-fill metrics.
Source potential candidates through online channels, social media platforms, networking, and industry events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Assist with the development of employer branding initiatives to enhance Shuttlers' reputation as an employer of choice.
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Develop and implement strategies to engage passive candidates and build a network of talent within the industry.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3 years proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various levels and functions.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
