    Senior Sales Representative

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Channel Development: Identify and onboard new modern trade channels, such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores, to expand brand reach.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, buyers, and merchandisers, to ensure smooth operations and mutual growth.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to modern trade channels, focusing on increasing sales volume, market share, and brand visibility.
    • Product Merchandising: Ensure effective product merchandising and in-store promotions to enhance product visibility, drive sales, and create a compelling shopping experience.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels across modern trade channels to prevent stockouts, ensure product availability and manage expiry.
    • Performance Analysis: Analyse sales data, market trends, and channel performance to identify opportunities, optimize strategies, and improve overall results.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure alignment and support for modern trade initiatives.
    • Brand Visibility: Implement initiatives to increase brand awareness and visibility within modern trade channels, such as in-store promotions, point-of-sale materials, and joint marketing activities.
    • These roles are critical for driving growth, increasing market share, and ensuring the success of a our brands. 

    Skills Needed:

    • Self-motivated and target-drive
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to influence and negotiate with others
    • Commercial awareness and computer skills

    Requirements

    • Qualifications: HND or BSc degree
    • Experience: At least 5-6years years in sales and marketing with managerial experience
