    Senior Sales Manager – Raw Materials (Corn Starch & Milk Powder)

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead B2B sales and trading of corn starch and milk powder across Nigeria. This role is responsible for managing key corporate accounts, developing new business relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth within the raw materials and commodities space.
    • The ideal candidate is a seasoned commercial professional with deep experience selling industrial or food-grade raw materials to companies, strong market intelligence, and the ability to operate independently at a senior level.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead B2B sales of corn starch and milk powder to manufacturers, distributors, and bulk buyers.
    • Develop and manage long-term relationships with key corporate clients, traders, and wholesalers.
    • Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s footprint across assigned regions.
    • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and supply contracts to meet revenue and margin targets.
    • Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and supply-demand dynamics.
    • Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline performance.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical trading practices.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of a HND/B.Sc in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
    • 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales or trading of raw materials, commodities, or food ingredients.
    • Proven experience selling corn starch, milk powder, or similar products to companies.
    • Strong understanding of the Nigerian commodities trading ecosystem.
    • Established network of manufacturers, traders, and wholesalers.
    • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and commercial decision-making skills.
    • Willingness to travel as required.
