    Senior Recruitment Consultant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead full-cycle recruitment for healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, administrative, and support staff.
    • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans in alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and departmental leaders to define hiring requirements and build candidate profiles.
    • Source and attract top talent using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with healthcare institutions.
    • Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
    • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source of hire) to optimize recruitment efforts.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations and employment laws.
    • Build talent pipelines for critical roles and future workforce needs.
    • Partner with HR and department heads to support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives.
    • Represent the organization at career fairs, professional events, and campus recruiting events.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
    • (A master’s degree or HR certification is a plus – e.g., SHRM, CIPM, PHR/SPHR)
    • Minimum 7–10 years of recruitment experience.
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry roles, credentialing, and regulatory requirements.
    • Proven ability to manage a team and handle multiple recruitment projects.
    • Experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and HR software.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
